The waste free kitchen

Come to this workshop and take home practical strategies to save money on your weekly grocery shop, cook healthy meals for the people you love, avoid food waste, and take control of your health and happiness.

According to Foodwise Opens in new window Australian households throw out 4,000,000 tonnes of food each year, which is $8 billion dollars worth!

Being thrifty in the waste-free kitchen can save you money and time, so come along and take yourself to a new level. The workshop is presented by Dr Jane Genovese.

This workshop is suitable for adults and children aged 14 and over. Places are limited, so bookings are essential. This free workshop is part of the Thinking Green workshop series.
